Ayurveda is a holistic healing science, which comprises of two words, Ayu and Veda. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge or science. It is recommended for age group between 16 and 70. Treatments include body massages with special herbal powders and internal herbal medicine. There can be a possible weight reduction of approximately 5-8 kilos in two weeks. The effect of the slimming may show only after a week.

SKIN CARE 

This special program is for improving the complexion and toning of the body. This includes special detoxification program and beautification therapies. It cures skin diseases like psoriasis, eczema, scabies, dermatitis, folliculitis, premature graying and hair falling etc. This treatment includes special herbal facials; henna treatment etc depending on individual needs. After the treatment the whole body is masked with sandal powder/ karotkayal mud followed by a herbal milk bath.

POSTNATAL CARE

The postnatal period is most important for the mother as well as the child. The mother is the first teacher of the child. The treatment helps to regain the health and beauty of the mother. The therapies include Elakizhi (Massage using herbal bags), Njavarakizhi (Massage using rice & milk bags), Navaratheppu, Udwarthanam, Nasyam and Dhara. This purifies the whole system, reduces the excess fat in abdomen and buttocks, and improves the quality and purity of breast milk.

BODY CARE

This package includes tailor made programs for maintaining youth and strength. It tones the muscles, strengthens the bones, lubricates the joints, and removes the excess fat from the body.
