01 Delhi

02 Delhi

Today morning after breakfast proceed for the Full Day City Sight Seeing tour Old & New Delhi.
Visiting the places or monument of tourist attraction like Lal Quila (Red Fort), Jama Masjid (Biggest Mosque of Asia, having capacity to accommodate over 20,000 people at a time) Birla Mandir, Akshar Dham Mandir.
Drive past India Gate (memorial to the Indian army soldiers who died in the World War I) the Rastrapati Bhawan (formerly the viceroy's residence), the Parliament House, and visit Qutab Minar.
Overnight Stay at Hotel in Delhi.

03 Delhi- Bagdogra- Kalimpong (Sikkim)

Morning transfer to Delhi Domestic Airport.
Flight: Delhi- Bagdogra
Arrival in Bagdogra in the city of Siliguri in West Bengal. On arrival our executive will meet up at Bagdogra Airport.
Assistances on arrival. Drive to Kalimpong (80Kms). On arrival check in to your pre-booked Hotel.

04 Kalimpong- Gangtok

Morning Kalimpong Sightseeing Tour. Visiting Dello hills, Dr. Graham's Home, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang, and Durbin Dara Hills.
Afternoon drive to Gangtok (85 Kms). On arrival check in to your pre-booked Hotel.
Overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Kalimpong: -Situated at an altitude of 1250 meters between the Deolo and Durbindra Hills, Kalimpong is an ideal place for a tranquil holidays amidst gently rolling hills and deep valleys at the foot of the Mighty Himalayas.Kalimpong was ruled by Bhutan for 155 years and was taken in control by the Britishers in 1865 after which it became an important center of wool trade. Buddhism, Christianity and Hinduism all walk hand in hand at Kalimpong. Temples, Monks, Monesteries and Missionaries all together adds more glory to the beauty of the place.
Durpin Dara Monastery in Kalimpong was built in the mid-1970 at Durpin Dara and consecrated by the Dalai Lama. The view from here is breath taking. Kalimpong is also an important orchid-growing area and flowers are exported from here to various countries.
The bazaar is buzzing with colorful attractive items that lure the people both local and outsider.

 

05 Gangtok

Early morning Sightseeing Tour of Rumtek Monastery. Afternoon day excursion to Tsomgo Lake.Evening transfer to Hotel.
Overnight at Hotel in Gangtok.
Lies 15 miles south west of Gangtok, is the head quarter of the Kagyupa(Black Hat) sect, on of the oldest Tibetan Buddhist sects, and the seat of its head, the Gyalwa Karmapa.
Rumtek is an impressive complex, its flat-roofed buildings topped with golden finials, and filled with treasures brought from the monastery in Tibet. Rumtek’s main festivals are in Feburary/March and May/June.
Tsomgo Lake: -25 miles noth east of Gangtok, lies at an altitude of 3,780m. The drive to Tsomgo Lake, close to the border with China, is spectacular, and the lake is impressive both in spring and summer, when it is surrounded by alpine flowers in bloom, and in winter when it’s frozen solid. Visitors can go for rides on the splendid shaggy back Yaks that stand docilely on the lake’s shores.

06 Gangtok

07 Gangtok-Tashiding- Yuksam

Morning drive to Tashiding (145 Kms). Visit to Tashiding Monastery.
Afternoon drive to Yuksam (17 Kms). On arrival check in to your hotel.
Overnight stay at Hotel in Yuksam.

Tashiding Monastery: - Tashiding Monastery stands on the summit of heart-shaped hills, built in 1717. Monestery is surrounded by Chortens, mani stones, water-driven prayer wheels, and the Ratong and Rangeet rivers, with Mount Kanchendzonga looming behind the hill, this is a magical spot.

During the annual Bumchu Festival, it attracts people from all over the Sikkim. The main temple, renovated and built in 1987, has images of the Buddha and the Bodhisattavas.

08 Yuksam- Pelling

Morning Yuksam Tour. Visiting the spectacular view of the tranquil valley.
Afternoon drive to Pelling (35 Kms). On arrival Check in to your pre-booked hotel.

Situated at an altitude of 6100ft above sea level and surrounded by high-forested hills. Yuksam, the first capital of Sikkim under Chogyal Kingdom was crowned in 1641 by three learned lamas. The little tranquil village and surroundings of Yuksam offer ample opportunity for experiencing the history of Sikkim, its fascinating people, mountain peaks, its flora and fauna and the area's immense natural diversity.

Yuksam is a familiar name to the mountaineers and trekkers all over the world. The motorable roads end here and start some of exciting trek routes in the high Himalayan region to Dzongri, Goechala and Samiti Lake.

09 Pelling

Morning Pelling Tour. Visit to Pemayangtse Monastery.

Overnight at Hotel in Pelling.
Pelling: -Situated on a ridge, at an altitude of 2,042 m above sea level, with an excellent view of the peaks and glaciers of the Kanchendzonga Range. Pelling is a convenient base from which to explore western Sikkim and embark on trek. Pelling is the most beautiful and unspoilt region of the State, with dense forest, Sikkim’s oldest Monasteries, superb trekking trails, green river valleys and much more. The main attraction here is the monastic complex of Pemayangtse.

Pemayangtse Monastery: - Built in 1707, on a ridge, is surrounded by picturesque monks’ quarters and outhouses. The austere three-storeyed main monastery is a treasure house of beautiful ‘thangkas’, murals and images.
Pemayangtse Monastery Sikkim was basically a small Lhekhang build by Lhatsun Chenpo in the 17th century AD. Later during the rule of the third Chogyal Chakdor Namgyal, Lhatsun Chenpo's third reincarnate jigme Pawo extended the monastery and rebuild the structure.
Pemayangtse has an annual festival with spectacular masked dances.

10 Pelling- Darjeeling

Morning after breakfast drive to Darjeeling (125 kms/5 hrs) in West Bengal. Enroute visit to Statue Guru Pasambhava. On arrival check in to your pre-booked hotel.

11 Darjeeling

Full Day Darjeeling Tour.
Visiting Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. Afternoon visit to Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing, Gumbu Rock site and Tibetan Refugee self-help (Closed on Sunday) Center Tea Estate and visit to the Tea Gardens around Darjeeling and much more.

12 Darjeelingi

Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around 4 am) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (8,598 m). India’s Highest peak dominates the town. Witness some of the best views of the entire snow-clad range of the Eastern Himalayas.

Afternoon Travel to Darjeeling from Siliguri by the The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, nicknamed the "Toy Train". Witness the enchanting view of the lush-green valley and beautiful Tea Gardens enroute.
Several Bollywood movies have been shooted out here on the same railway track.
